Some great doctors but a dreadfully overworked practice that struggles to service a growing local population. Getting an timely appointment is way too difficult.

Easy to use phone appointment system, much better than queuing in the cold. Seen before appointment time great. Delt with in a most friendly and relaxed manner. Hopefully the final outcome will be good results will tell.

It would be great if staff are a bit more friendly in the morning when we are queuing up to get an appointment. As it is , it is super early so would be nice to get a 'GoodMorning' from them. Also, if a doctor is on holiday, it would be handy if there is a note outside saying which doctors will be in that day. Saves us queuing up 1 hour and then going to the reception just to be told that the doctor you want is on holiday or something.

This is the worst of the worst practices I've ever been to. It is difficult to get an appointment and when one does, the service is usually below standard. I had a horrible experience today with Dr Bilal -whose tone and conduct demonstrated a dire lack of professionalism (she was borderline rude and brash). I didn't feel listened to as a patient.

Getting an appointment is difficult. Routine appointments are usually at least two weeks away. Dr's have little time for you. The reason is that there are too many patients for the size of the surgery. The CCG needs to take action and quickly.
